    • Brand will provide script/details to include in video
    • UGC only – no posts are required
• Content Approval: Video will need to be reviewed and approved before payment is received (if applicable). Please send video to spencer.orcutt@ellevetsciences.com for approval. Brand to be allowed to ask for up to 2 revisions if needed.
• Deadline: Please send content for approval within 3 weeks of receiving product.
• Usage Rights: Influencers irrevocably authorize and grant ElleVet the right to use, reproduce, distribute, exhibit, transmit, or otherwise broadcast in whole or in part, in the Territory (as defined herein) Influencers’ approved images, videos, audio, name, likeness, quotes, written material, or other content produced by/in connection with the Influencers (collectively, the “Content”) through Ellevets’ digital marketing, social media pages, websites, print materials, sales materials, paid social campaigns, and internal communications channels in perpetuity.
